How do I return an item?
All returns must be authorized by GoodHealth Medical Products (GHMP). A Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number can be received by contacting customer service at (708) 841-1700 or by email at firstname.lastname@example.org. Customer's name, address and account number, original PO number or GoodHealth Medical order number must be included with the RGA number. RGA numbers are valid for 30 days. Unauthorized returns may be returned to customer at customer's expense with no credit being issued.
Customer may return, within 90 days of purchase, any product for a full refund provided that said product has not been altered, damaged or rendered unusable by customer. All product returns, except products shipped in error by GHMP require prior authorization. A restocking fee or freight charges may apply to returns. Issuance of RGA number does not guarantee credit. Credit is dependent upon review of returned products and other terms of this policy.

If the damage is concealed the customer must call the freight carrier immediately and ask for a Freight Inspection. Damaged products must remain in original container in the event of inspection by the transportation company. Contact GHMP customer service at (708) 841-1700. Customer must notify GHMP of any damages in transit or shortages within 2 business days of receipt, or GoodHealth shall have no obligation to process credit or arrange for product return.
